About Eli Babaev
From a foundation of many successful jury verdicts, Eli Babaev founded the office in 2010. His wealth of experience lets him represent clients with the diligence, strategy, and prowess that he knows it takes to win a claim.
After graduating from New York Law School—where he was an active member of the nationally recognized Moot Court Association—he worked at the New York City Law Department defending the City of New York in various tort claims and quickly became promoted to a full-time trial attorney.
Since then, he has successfully represented the New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA), the Motor Vehicle Accident Indemnification Corporation (MVAIC), various insurance companies, and plaintiffs before opening his solo practice.
